International student body
Heriot-Watt University and Edinburgh Business School pride themselves
on an international student base; over 10,000 MBA students from
150 countries around the world are currently studying and taking
examinations in over 350 exam centres worldwide. Over 8,500 students
have graduated from the programme since it started in 1990 and they
continue to be part of the global alumni network.
International content
All the courses are written from a global perspective to provide you with a broader understanding of business issues in an international context. Over half the courses are written by faculty with extensive experience of teaching and research in the US as well as the UK.
International examinations
You can take your examinations all over the world. More than 350 exam centres are set up for each exam intake, including centres in the major cities in Scandinavia, in depending upon students' requests at the time of application.
Scandinavian network
In partnership with Pearson Education and Edinburgh Business School,
the Scandinavian Centre offers academic and administrative support,
and on-campus tuition is provided in Copenhagen. There is an established
network of MBA students and graduates, and several exciting initiatives
are planned.
